The people behind ALPHASIP
GRUPO ALPHASIP was created through the union of AlphaSIP and MIRAI (Grupo Digital), combining expertise in semiconductors, artificial intelligence, advanced materials, and digital transformation. It is backed by an international ecosystem of experts and investors who have collaborated since 2007 on deep-tech and microelectronics projects, primarily across Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States.
The management team is led by Miguel Ángel Roncalés (CEO), together with specialists in heterogeneous integration, photonics, AI, and semiconductors.
The company collaborates with leading institutions such as Fraunhofer IZM, CNM-CSIC, Complutense University of Madrid, the University of Zaragoza, and Harvard University.
