By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We therefore recommend that you read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Purpose and Product Description

Through this website, AlphaSIP offers the sale of advanced technology products, including semiconductor solutions, sensors, electronic devices, hardware, software, and related technologies.

All products are described as accurately as possible on their respective product pages. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in packaging or product appearance may occur without affecting the technical specifications or functionality of the products.

3. Ordering Process and Pricing

Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping costs. Any applicable VAT and shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.

Ordering Process

To place an order, customers must follow the online purchasing process, provide the required billing and shipping information, and complete payment.

Once the order has been successfully placed, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation email containing the details of the purchase.

4. Payment Methods

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times for products in stock are 5 to 7 business days.

If a product requires custom configuration or is manufactured to order, the estimated delivery time will be indicated before purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout according to the destination and the weight and/or volume of the shipment.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with European Union consumer protection legislation, consumers purchasing as private individuals have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

Product Condition

As these are technological products, returned items must:

  • be in their original unopened packaging whenever applicable;
  • show no signs of use, damage, or alteration;
  • include all accessories, manuals, cables, and original packaging.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • customized or made-to-order products;
  • software that has been unsealed after delivery;
  • products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise specified, the customer shall bear the shipping costs associated with exercising the right of withdrawal.

7. Warranty for Technology Products

All consumer technology products are covered by the statutory three-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects and lack of conformity, in accordance with applicable Spanish consumer protection legislation.

For business-to-business (B2B) purchases, the applicable commercial warranty shall apply.

The warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective hardware.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • misuse or improper handling;
  • accidental drops or impacts;
  • exposure to liquids;
  • unauthorized software modifications;
  • normal wear and tear.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to:

  • the competent courts of the consumer’s place of residence, where the purchaser is a consumer; or
  • the courts of Madrid, Spain, for business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
